Owen has spent his life not wanting to grow up. Now since he's forty his life and where he stands in it is starting to hit him. He still feels twenty-eight(his favorite age) and isn't ready to battle things like high blood pressure. He's sort of the quirky straight man of the group. He's the character who still sleeps with his childhood teddy bear. He's a writer and a huge arc for him is that he's just starting to lie about his age.
